Keynote Speaker� Suellen Gailbraith, Senior Policy Advisor, American Network of Community Options & Resources (ANCOR) and expert on Medicaid policy will provide an overview of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act passed by Congress in March 2010 and a summary of what it means to you and to those whom you serve. She will also present information the "State of the States" giving attendees not only a view of how other states are handling their budget challenges, but also guidance on how we can have a positive influence on the outcome of the deliberations the 82nd Legislature's deliberations when it considers Texas' budget for FY 2012-2013.
